CVS is my favorite drug store beauty bargain haven. The Extra Care Bucks program has provided me with a ton of freebies and this week you can score your own swag.

As for taking care of your hands, the creams will be fantastic but here are a few tips for gorgeous hands:

*Exfoliate using a sea salt or sugar scrub regularly.

*During the winter cut back exfoliation and add oil to your moisturizing routine. A little warm olive oil massaged over dry hands goes a long way. Even more beneficial if you pop your hands into some gloves post massage overnight.

*Sunscreen isn’t just for your face. Brown marks, usually associated with aging, can be prevented with some SPF.

*Hot Water VS Cold Water – The answer here is neither. It’s tempting to blast the water on hot to wash away those germs, but a study done by Joint Bank Group/Fund Health Services Department proved that the temperature of the water had no effect on bacterial reduction. Use a warm/tepid setting that is the best of both worlds. Temperatures that push the heat can damage your skin and rob it of those precious oils.
