I have been trialling a range of Garnier products recently – facial wash, day cream and night cream – so this week is going to be all about how they have fared.

The first product I tried was the Garnier Pure Deep Clean Cream Wash.

Packaging 5/5

This comes in a basic tube.  I actually love packaging like this because it’s super easy to get the product out and, because the tube faces downwards when you disburse the product, it’s alot more hygenic than other cleansers.

Quality of Product 2/5

This cleaned ok.  Just ok.  Not great, but not terrible either.

I found that, if I used this to clean my makeup off, there was still remnants of the makeup here and there on my face.

In the end, I would cleanse my face with a regular cleanser, and then use this to clear off any remnants and to give my face some much needed moisture.

Value for Money 5/5

This is great value for money.  You only need the size of a quarter to get a good lather going.  I suspect this will last me two-three months.

Would I buy again?

Honestly?  No, I wouldn’t.  This is a nice cleanser but I hate having too many steps in my skin care regime.  Having to cleanse first before using this is not the type of routine I’m after.
