Meow Cosmetics just continues to impress.  It’s the perfect mix of high quality items, matched with super, super lower prices.

My latest purchase has been their Purrrfect Angle Liner.  This eyeliner brush is designed to work with powder liners, promising precision lining.

This is a great brush.  The bristles are perfect set in a stiff, yet still pliable, formation.  To load the brush, I just tap a small amount of liner into a bowl and then dip the brush into the powder.  Tap off the excess and I’m ready to go.

Application is simply a matter of pressing the brush on the eye.  It’s so simple, it’s criminal.  And so much easier than using a pencil (which tends to drag) or a liquid liner (which can be hard to control).

Pros: Superb quality, works well with almost any powder liner

Cons: None, love it!
