If you aren’t into lip plumping lipsticks, but want to appear to have a plump pucker, steal Carly Rae Jepsen’s makeup trick. Apply a light based powder to accent the dip in your cupid’s bow. (That’s the little dip in your upper lip.)

Try a soft pearl color to highlight the dip in your lip to make your lips look fuller. Apply a soft, darker color to the center of your lower lip to really enhance the effect. Just a one inch line along the bottom of the lip will do the trick. Make sure to blend well!
