Dior Garden Party Nail Vernis – $23 – Nordstrom

The first Dior Vernis with a subtle and delicate scent of roses. The floral green of Waterlily and the pretty lilac of Forget-Me-Not provide the perfect finishing touch for any spring time celebration. The pastel hues of these two new shades are the perfect finishing touch for party perfect nails.

I will say though, if anyone can pull this off, it’s most certainly  Dior.  I’mcurious to know how long the actual “fragrance” of the nail polish lasts.  However, the very idea of a nail product of any kind that emits a pleasant scent is astonishing, at the very least.

Look, I know these shoes aren’t identical, but they are great looking and very sexy.  I have very narrow heels and I don’t have slippage problems at all–and that’s a huge deal for me.  Another nice touch is the heel — it’s not fabric, which will keep it from getting soggy and dirty in Seattle rain, which should be rearing it’s grumpy head any day now.

Now all I need is a wrap-dress and a small bag.  And yes.  I would indeed wear all of the pieces together.  And seriously, WHERE can I find that velvet sofa?

I’m actually panting and sweating a little bit, merely searching for Brian Atwood shoes…sorry, but I gotta be real with you.  The thing with these incredibly sultry yet elegant gladiator heels is that I would wear them as THE Statement Piece.  A simple Little Black Dress, very minimal jewelry…and THESE SHOES.  BOOM.

The same goes for these darling and ultra-feminine polka-dotted heels that are tied up in a great big bow–these shoes are darn-near making me cry.  (I know! I’m a complete and utter freak sometimes–or just enthusiastic, perhaps.) The simplest of dresses, maybe a vintage number with a full-circle skirt would be perfect.
