Angelina Jolie is still a bit of a Bad Girl – Louis Vuitton Lockit PM Devotion Clutch – $14,760

I know.  I’m kind of choking on that price-tag, too.  It doesn’t mean we can’t look, admire and covet, though, right?

I’ve missed the naughty, wild chick I fell in love with back when she portrayed tragic model,  Gia Carangi, so I’m really digging how Angie has decided to be a bit more edgy, as opposed to the more subdued woman of late.  Just because you have six kids (and probably as many nannies), and have Brad Pitt as a partner doesn’t mean you have to give up The Hot, darling.  We miss The Dangerous Angie.

Angelina is apparently wearing her own rolled up khaki pants and t-shirt and is barefoot on a little boat in Cambodia (where her son Maddox was born).  The bag that is so casually draped on her arm is also her own 6 year old Louis Vuitton Monogram Alto bag, which may be re-issued.  It’s also being hinted at that Angelina isn’t wearing make-up in this photo.  I’m going to just come out and say what everyone is thinking:  It takes an awful lot of make-up to appear not to be wearing any make-up.  (Oh, and have a gorgeous smokey eye…)

Other celebrities who have posed for the luxury brand Louis Vuitton include Bono, Keith Richards and the glorious Catherine Deneuve.  What do you think of Angie’s ad?

The film was originally intended as a Tom Cruise vehicle, “Edwin A. Salt”. When Cruise dropped out, they decided to rework the script to turn the hero into a heroine, including giving her a gender appropriate name.

The leaked photos show two very different looks for Angie — a soft, pretty blond, and a more dangerous, sultry brunette.

We don’t yet know which one of these, if either, is the “real” Evelyn A. Salt, which we understand will be a central plot point in the film.

What we’re really curious about is whether these are the same wigs designed for Tom Cruise, or if they had to rework those, too.

Love her or hate her, Angelina Jolie is typically fashion sensitive and usually looks stunning. However, the latest round of award shows have me scratching my head in her boring and drab palate not to mention the stale recycled ‘tucked in shirt’ look that she has word to the Golden Globes, the People’s Choice Awards and the SAG Awards.

Jolie even wore a perfectly stylish dress backward to acheive the droll look. She started a small frenzy on blogs everywere after she wore her Max Azria dress backwards to the SAG Awards. According to her stylist she did it on purpose to bake the look “more blouson.”

It appears that she has gotten stuck in three very similar ensembles that aren’t doing her stellar figure any favors. All three of the dresses are very mother of the bride and leave me missing the days she wasn’t afraid to walk a carpet in dress made entirely of leather.

Sorry Jolie, you are miss in these safe and boring numbers. Even if you are wearing it backward.

Although she went for the bouffant again (even after the disastrous results of last week’s bouffant that was so large it nearly took out Berlin), everything, ‘do included, looked amazing. Miss J nearly always wears black but we’re glad she stepped out of the box this time because, actually, this navy Max Azria gown works better for her cool, fair complexion than harsh black or white. The proof is in the pudding people.

And we sort of like it when Angelina is nice and normal; not the stone-faced, “no smiles for you” lady.

Vanessa Hudgens
She definitely has a pretty face, but her cheeks look slimmer when she uses blush. And that sexy tan… it doesn’t exist at all.

Do you see any difference? Not really, right? Angelina is a beauty and she has a nice and healthy skin.

Miley Cyrus
All sweaty and making funny faces, it’s hard to tell who she is. Without make up, Miley doesn’t seem to be that pretty, right?

Jennifer Lopez
She’s a diva on the red carpet and wherever she shows up, everyone notices. But she needs to thank her stylist, because without any makeup, she looks extremely pale and quite different from the artist so many girls want to imitate and boys wanna meet.

Brooke Shields
Her beautiful eyes must be hidden somewhere behind those wrinkles… can you see them? And of course, we are aware that Brooke likes to show off a nice natural tan.

Kim Kardashian
It was hard to recognize Kim. Without the eyelashes and lipstick, her sensuality is completely lost.

Maybe she was in a hurry and that’s why she looks so pale. Jen, if you are going out like that, please, at least wear dark sunglasses to cover those eyebags! Blush is probably one of her favorite cosmetics.

Supermodel, work your thing! Proof once more that even someone who’s supposed to be one of the prettiest ladies in the world looks super ordinary without an inch of makeup.

Did Justin Timberlake really leave Cameron Diaz for her? Oh, wait … we just remembered what Cameron looks like without makeup. Never mind. But Biel is looking rather plain in the photo at left.

Less is always more, particularly with lip and eye makeup.  The trick is to always highlight only one feature at any one time.

In La Jolie’s case, she tends to apply heavy makeup around her eyes and opt for a nudish lip colour.  The effect is truly stunning and balances the face to perfection.

Remember, if you want smokey eyes, go easy on the lips.  If you want kissable lips, go easy on the eyes.  If you want to work a corner like a five cent hooker, go for both.
