Mena Suvari is this week’s celebrity miss. Her look for the Limelight Paris New York Collection launch was a wreck. The swept back hair further the focus on her prominent forehead and made it appear larger than it is. While messy bed-head is a trend that is sometimes sexy doesn’t work on her. It just looks unkempt and dirty.

Mena is adorable and hopefully she will soon redeem herself. A few rules to keep in mind when dealing with a prominent forehead is to always utilize layers or bangs to draw attention to the other wonderful features you have along with a slight layered bang that does not completely cover your head. The idea is to balance it, not hide it. Also remember to use product in moderation. A little gel or mousse goes a long way!
