Celebrity Hits and Misses – Reese Witherspoon
Reese Witherspoon has harnessed the power of heels! She is a hit at the premiere of Monsters VS. Aliens. She walked the red carpet in a futuristic frock that put the attention on her legs.
The shorter skirt line is something I personally fear. For some women legs and thighs can be a huge problem area. Reese is a fan of good old fashioned running. It works great for a cardio, but for those of us who wish to focus more on tone there is a great exercise for your legs.
With an exercise ball propped between your back and the wall place your legs about 1 foot in front of your hips. Cross your arms in front of your body Jeanie style. Then, slowly lower the ball down the wall by bending your legs to a 90-degree angle. Hold for a second then stand back up, slowly moving the ball with you.
Keep up this exercise for at least 3 sets of whatever you can manage. Start at a number that is comfortable for you and then increase reps as you gain strength. Pair your toned legs with a great pair of heels and you are red carpet ready.
