An element like a big, beautiful necklace can instantly take an outfit from boring to fabulous, so if you’re looking for an important piece to add to your wardrobe, something like this may be just the thing.

And a quick word of advice: if you try on one that you love and it seems heavy, don’t worry. One of my favorite necklaces is a full pound and a half of agate stone, and I always forget I’m wearing it after a few minutes. They don’t hurt like heavy earrings do.
