How To: Polka Dot Manicure

Spring is upon us and that means we can try out tons bright manicures! Check out this fab Polka Dot design:
With a cuticle stick or bobby pin and a little patience, this mani can be yours:

How To:
1. Paint two coats of nude polish
2 . Use a disposable cuticle stick to do the dots (bobby pin would work too)
3. Be patient while the globs of dots dry (this is a must)
4. Top with no chip top coat
5. Finish with Sephora by OPI Drying Drops
