THIS DRESS.  Oh, yes. It will be mine, as Wayne Campbell (Wayne’s World) would say.  I love every single thing about it.  It’s timeless and age-less in design.  I can see anyone from 20-50 years of age wearing it. Absolute perfection.  I can easily envision our First Lady wearing this dress.  She’s a Target fan, just like the rest of us.
