Myth Buster – Beer as a tanning product?

Ok, girls, here is the weirdest myth I’ve had to bust here on The Beauty Stop.
Does rubbing beer on your skin before you go out into the sun result in a healthy glow?
Absolutely not. But it will result in you smelling like you’ve spent the night face down at the honky tonk bar.
There are plenty of fake tan products out there that are safe to use, and don’t require you to damage your skin by exposing it to the sun’s harmful rays.
Save the beer for drinking only.
