When you see ‘hypoallergenic’ on a product, you automatically think ‘that’ll be good for me’, right?
Not necessarily. While many hypoallergenic products are generally safe for those with sensitive or allergy prone skin, many hypoallergenic products are just regular beauty products with fragrances removed.
Our advice is to not rely on the hypoallergenic label. Always look at the ingredients list and, if in doubt, don’t buy it or try and get a sample first to test.
