Myth Buster – Pillow Talk

There is an old myth that sleeping on the wrong pillow can give you wrinkles. That’s got to be a myth, right?

Actually (and, admittedly, to my surprise), this is true. Dermatologists recommend sleeping on a memory foam pillow that reduces pressure on your face. Or picking a pillow with a high thread count. Both these options will create a softer sleep which will, dermatologists say, give you a softer sleep and a younger looking complexion.
