Manufacturers love telling us that their products have SPF in them.  And, as an Aussie, I love any products with SPF in them as our sun is very harsh and unforgiving.

But are all SPF products the same?  Absolutely not.

SPF 15 gives you just 93.5% protection.

SPF 30 gives you 97% protection, whilst SPF 45 will give you 98% protection from the sun.

So don’t just assume that, if a product has SPF in it, you will be safe.  Always opt for the highest protection available if you want to protect your skin and prevent it from prematurely aging.
