Myth Buster: The higher the SPF the better

This isn’t a myth. It’s true that the higher the SPF, the greater the protection for your skin. But most experts agree that the difference between higher end SPF sunscreens (ie SPF 30 vs SDPF 50) is minimal. Rather than always aiming for the highest SPF, you are better off making sure you choose a quality sunscreen and re-applying it every couple of hours to ensure maximum protection.
