I’m relieved I hung onto my pointy patent leather pumps, circa 2007, since The Fashion Powers That Be are instructing us to squeeze our hooves into pointy pumps, high AND low again.  I hope you still have some pointy patents in the back of your own closets!

I love patent leather.  I find it odd when I hear a woman say she doesn’t care for the shiny finish.   To each her own, but I’m still giving you the side-eye for not loving elegance of patent leather.  It can make a conservative outfit POP with just one special detail.
