Product Review: Body Shop Bath Gloves

This may seem like kind of an odd product to review, but I think that a lot of women forget how important full-body exfoliation is in the pursuit of healthy skin. The best part about the Body Shop Bath Gloves is that they don’t even require you to buy extra products!

Salt scrubs and body buffing products can be expensive, particularly if you’re prone toward rough skin by something like keratosis pilaris. With these gloves, you can use your regular body wash as an exfoliator and do a much more thorough scrubbing than you can do with a loofah or bath puff.

Pros: These gloves are rough enough to take the place of a regular scrubbing product, so you can probably cut your beauty budget by a good bit if you’re used to buying those products. They dry quickly and after a few uses, just toss them in the washer to get them clean. I have had no problems with snagging or wear-and-tear.

Cons: None, unless your skin is very, very sensitive. In that case, a more gentle exfoliation technique is probably required.

Price: $4 per pair! Can’t beat that.

Body Shop, $4.
