Bulgari was gracious enough to let me try their Gem Essence Skin Care Line and subsequently, I am in love.

I tried the Radiance Cleansing Milk as it seemed the most alluring by name and nature. It’s as delicious for the skin as it sounds.

The package promises a cleanser that is smooth and removes makeup and impurities from your entire face. It’s safe to use on your eyes and lips. It delivered on it’s promise. The contents were literally creamy and smelled of roses. Upon closer inspection on the ingredients label, rose and bisabolol are two of the boasted natural ingredients. Bisabolol is a wonderful anti-irritant and has anti-inflammatory properties, which makes it natural. It also has anti-bacterial as well as anti-fungal properties.

I washed by face after an average day of makeup wear. Foundation, blush, eye shadow and a coat of mascara all came off with a gentle wash. Typically, I am left with raccoon eyes from the mascara left behind by everyday cleansers.

It is the perfect morning cleanser. Thanks to the bisabolol it helped to tame the puffiness I battle and was a great primer for the day. I would recommend this for those with sensitive skin as well as those looking for a less abrasive cleanser.
