TBS Thoughts and Actual Results: My lips felt tingly the first time I put the lipstick on but I did not see a change in fullness. Even after licking my lips there was no tingly sensation or plumping to be seen. I tried without fail the whole first day to re-apply and hoped for the best, but my office mates assured me there was no change.
