“Rodger wanted to surprise Rachel with something romantic — and huge,” says Lane of the sparkler, adorned with smaller diamonds in a platinum setting. “I knew she’s wanted a cushion cut forever. It was their first baby and she’s been working so hard that Rodger wanted to do something very special. Rachel was thrilled and hasn’t taken it off since!”

I don’t know about you, but I most certainly would’ve enjoyed a “push present” back in the day.   My second son decided to be three weeks late in the final sweaty days of summer–and still had to be induced.  He came out golden-brown like a steaming loaf of bread, just looking everyone square in the eye.  And I pushed…all 8 lbs. 11 oz. of him.

Are all of you shaking your head like I am right about now?  “Push Present”.  Whatever present.
