Textured Nail Art

The nail art trend isn’t going anywhere any time soon. Creativity is flowing from everywhere and I love the craft meets beauty fun that comes along with the look.

We have covered Turning Eyeshadow Into Nail Polish, Sponge Manicures and Nail Art Inspired by Fashion Trends. Now, we are bringing texture into the game.

The crackle polish was fun and I still like to indulge in it from time to time, but I am looking for fresh looks. Deborah Lippmann’s Spring offering features shades with a gritty, iridescent finish. It amplifies the shimmer and gives a subtle texture.

Nails Inc. has a Feathers Effect Nail Polish that reminds me of a party in a polish. The confetti effect is a great alternative to glittery options. I recommend wearing this over a complementary solid shade.

Zoya’s Pixie Dust is my favorite of the textured options. It has a matte finish, but has a granulated sugar look. This is great for creating a beach feel.
