I’ve been really struggling with dark circles lately, so I’ve been on the look out for some ways to reduce their appearance.
Here are some tips that I’ve found really work well:
- Use a yellow-based concealer to counter the blue of the circles. I find this is the easiest way of at least masking the circles day to day.
- Place cucumbers or moist tea bags on your eyes. The wet cucumber will hydrate your eye area whilst the tannic acid of the tea bag will reduce inflammation and puffiness.
- Get plenty of sleep. Sorry, it’s true. I find I always look more rested after 8 hours uninterrupted sleep.
- Use products with Vitamin A containing retinol. These products are scientifically proven to work.
