- Take a probiotic daily for at least a week before travelling, and while you’re away, to boost your healthy stomach flora and combat foreign bugs.
- Drink only bottled water unless you are certain the water is clean.
- Wash fruit and vege in bottle water wherever possible and peel them before eating.
- Make sure hot food is served hot and cooked properly.
- Avoid icecream.
