Lip plumping glosses promise fuller looking lips.  However, I am usually only left with a tingly sensation!  Without the pain (and expense) of collagen injections, take this tip from professional makeup artist, Mally Roncal, who has worked with stars like Jennifer Lopez and Beyonce, to create full lucious lips!

 

You will need two lipsticks.  One in the color you want your lips to appear to be and one for highlighting.  Mally’s Lip Illusion Lip Magnifier ($25) gives you the perfect colors to achieve this look! First, take the colored lipstick and apply to the very tip of one side of your cupid’s bow.  Drag the color down to the outside corner of your mouth.  Repeat on the other side of the cupid’s bow.  Purse your lips to transfer the color to the bottom lips.  The very center of your lips should be bare.  Next, take the highlighting lipstick and fill in the bare areas.  Take your finger and gently blend the colors together.  As Mally states, “The idea is that the color is concentrated on the outer corner of the lips and the lightness is concentrated on the center of the lips.
