From Brigitte Bardot to Angelina Jolie, the cat eye has become a staple for many celebrities.  This effect elongates and lifts the eye and can be used on all eye shapes!  Follow these easy steps to perfect the look!

Always use black products for this look (even if you have light colored hair).  Select a smooth pencil liner and starting from the inner corner, line your top lash line.  Extend the line about a quarter inch past your eye, angled upwards towards your temple.  Go over the line with either liquid of gel liner to make it stand out.  If you would like, repeat on the lower lash line. Make sure the two lines join each other at the outer corner.  Curl your lashes and apply two coats of mascara.
