As people across the country refill their pools for the coming summer, everyone will be taking a dip in no time!  When splashing around in chlorine, special attention must be paid to your locks.

As soon as you get out of the pool, immediately rinse chlorine out of your hair.  If you can’t take a shower, follow this tip from Michael Murphy, colorist to such stars as Katie Holmes and Celine Dion.  Rinse with Perrier: “The carbonated water will help wash away the chlorine and other chemicals.”  No need to worry about your locks turning dry and green anymore!
