If your teeth are looking a little dull, here is a great tip for instant whitening.
Once you’ve put toothpaste on your toothbrush, generously sprinkle salt on the toothpaste. Brush and rinse as normal.
The salt acts as an effective but gentle abrasive, removing stains and giving your teeth an instant lift.
