According to a new Venezuelan study, the bigger the breakfast, the better your weight loss outcomes – even compared with quickie-style, “low carb” diets.

Women who lost the most weight over an 8-month period were those who ate a big brekkie that included whole grains, complex carbs and lean protein – two eggs on wholemeal toast with tomatoes and a piece of fruit, for example - losing over five times as much fat as women on the low carb diet. So load up that breakfast plate!
