Tip Stop – Working with the waterline

Here is a tip I’ve been using for years when I’m tired and not looking my best.
Rather than using eyeline like I normally would – on my eyelid – I simply apply eyeliner along my waterline using a creamy pencil liner, like Kim Karashian. This succeeds in giving me some definition without looking too heavy and drawing attention to bags and wrinkles.
